Nu-Home Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to areas within 50km from our store.
  • For deliveries over 50km from our store , please refer to the deliver schedule before checking out
  • For any areas not specified on our delivery schedule, please contact us directly for assistance.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 2-4 working days. Deliveries take place between Monday to Saturday during our working hours
  • Express delivery: 1-2 working day. Custom delivery arrangements can be made upon request.
  • For deliveries over 50km’s away, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date, between 5 - 7 working days from order placement.

Delivery Costs

  • Deliveries within 50km's of eMalahleni for purchases over R10 000 – FREE (Online Only)
  • Deliveries within 50km's of eMalahleni for purchases less than R10 000 – R150
  • Delivery rates outside of eMalahleni are calculated based on the distance from our store.

Tracking & Confirmation

  • Customers will receive a confirmation either email/SMS/phone call/watsapp once the order is dispatched.
  • Tracking details (if applicable) will be provided.

Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure someone is present to receive the goods when delivered. A redelivery fee will be charged should no one be present to accept the goods.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

Collections
